He was polite, on time and worked efficiently. While he pointed out issues that did increase the amount of work I never felt like I was being upsold. His estimate was bang on. I think we have found our plumber and I only hesitate to rave for fear of others getting his time first. He did both above the floor plumbing work and ran new gas lines. Excellent service.
